Trend Pilot is a digital SaaS service. There is no physical shipping or delivery.
Activation
Free accounts activate after account setup with 15 days of Maker-first access. Paid plans activate only after successful payment verification and signed entitlement processing.
Pending or failed payment
A pending, failed, or unverified payment does not activate paid access. Contact support if a verified payment does not appear in your account.
Broker dependency
Execution depends on your connected broker, credentials, permissions, network, and valid strategy settings. You remain responsible for maintaining those prerequisites.
