Terms governing the invite-only Trend Pilot beta.
Software scope
Trend Pilot is SaaS execution software that processes authenticated TradingView alerts and routes eligible instructions to a connected broker. It does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, or guaranteed outcomes.
Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, account configuration, and use of any connected services.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes a 15-day Maker-first trial and then continues through Taker routing. Paid plans are subject to the canonical catalog, successful verified payment, and account entitlement state.
Acceptable use and service interruptions
Do not misuse the service, submit unauthorized instructions, or attempt to bypass security or entitlement controls. Broker, network, provider, and maintenance interruptions may delay or prevent processing.
Cancellation and liability
Cancellation is support-assisted during the beta. Access remains through the confirmed paid-through date. To the extent permitted by law, Trend Pilot is not liable for broker decisions, market losses, interruptions, or indirect damages.
